Why to register?
As a subscriber, you are allowed to access a variety of informations and services which you may use for:
- buying any product with a single click, without having to type your personal data everytime
-you can track your own order without having to call the Customer service Department within our company, saving both money and time.

What happens with my personal data?
According to Information protection policy, we can offer to the third party, some generic information from the registration form, but no personal data of identification, excepting the case where you give the acceptance or in case of following the law or legal procedures.

How to order?
Through our shop, you can order online, with a credit card or cash on delivery, all the products you want.
Any wanted product to purchase must be added to the shopping cart. On the right of every product you have the "Add to shopping cart" button, which will add your selected product straight to your shopping cart.
Also you can benefit from 2-6 installement payments of the product(s).
The shopping cart is permantly updated and will appear in the menu bar. You can:
-modify the quantity of each product
-view the price of your products
-delete a product from the cart (by clicking the "Delete" button)
When you want to complete your order , click the "See cart" button. This step will open a window where you will add your personal data, delivery address, payment and delivery methods
After filling these informations, you will receive an e-mail for order confirmation. Once added, these data will remain recorded in your account and it won't be necessary to add them again a the next order, unless you want to change them (ex. a new delivery address)

Can I order through phone call?
Yes, you can. You can contact us through phone number: 0743 204 298, from Monday to Friday 9 AM-10 PM; and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM

Order procedures
The orders are taken and processed in the shortest time without passing a working day after the order was made. The orders are taken by entry sequence within the available stock. even though the availability of each product is checked and updated daily, there is the posibility of ordering a product out of stock. In this case you will be contacted through phone  or e-mail to confirm total or partial cancellation of your order. In special situations it can appear delays in the processing and delivery operations. The orders are not processed in the weekends or legal holidays. 

What is the minimum price I can order for?
There is no minimum price, in exchange our shop has the right to decline orders with incomplete information.

How to pay and how is the delivery made?
For the purchased products from www.ichiban.ro, you have the following payment options:
-cash on delivery if you chose fast courier shipping or personal (lifting) from one of the delivery points available on the final order page.
Before the shipping, the shopping cart will calculate and display the exact value of shipping cost. 
Delivery methods:
Fast courier delivery. The product will arrive at the mentioned address and it will be delivered personally to the buyer by the courier.
On the package will be written your contact data necessary for the courier in case there are dificulties in arriving at the destination.
It is important to mention a phone number in the order form for this necessity.
